Treat yourself to a unique entertainment opportunity! When you check out the Sunday Nite Improv Jam, you’ll get to see the FRISCO Performance Company in TWO distinctly different formats — shortform AND longform!
Shortform improv is a fast-paced game-based style (similar to the popular Whose Line Is It Anyway TV show) and features half of the FRISCO team taking audience suggestions and bringing them to life in too-funny-to-be-believed ways. Then the other half of FRISCO kicks in with a non-stop longform set — a series of interconnected (and sometime disconnected) scenes based on a single audience suggestion.
Hosting this week's show will Brendan Hill and Peter Kim, both part of the FRISCO Performance Company. Brendan’s also know as rapper Opey, while Peter is currently appearing in the live stage version of Caddyshack over at the Dark Room Theater across town. They’ll kick off the show, bring up the two FRISCO teams and then host The Jam together as well!

The Jam has recently been revamped — we’ve added a longform set to the top of it. So now anyone in the crowd has a chance to tackle this hardcore form of improvisational comedy. Following that, a blistering set of shortform takes place to close out the show. Longform OR shortform, even YOU can jump on stage...if you have the guts to jump in and grab hold of the funny!
All this comedy entertainment is normally just $10.00! (If you print out the flier on this page, however, you and a friend can get the both of you in for the price of just one when you buy your tickets at the door!)
